Apex List It shall be referred to as the platform. The advertiser hereby agrees to be responsible for any material or content provide to
Apex List It online or otherwise.
The Viewer:
The viewer is the person who is seeing the material or content and who is searching for these material or content. All material or content or free to be viewed on our web platform or otherwise. The viewer hereby consent to view the material or content on our web platform or otherwise and hereby agrees that
Apex List It shall not be liable for any actions resulting to loss, false, damages, or failed actions resulting from any material or content on our web platform or otherwise.
The material or content:
The material or content are the contents on our web platform or otherwise.
Advertisement:
An advertiser may provide, post, list or advertise a content to be advertise or display on website or other platform such as our social media pages once the total cost for this service is paid in full. The content will be available for displayed for a per of thirty-one (31) days and payments can be renewed automatically. We shall display any material or content provided to us as long the material or content is not in any violation or breaches to local laws or any area of our terms and conditions for a period of thirty-one (31) days unless adjusted by
Apex List It .
Verification:
The verification is a confirmation from
Apex List It that the advertiser, material or content is in fact valid and true at a specific time when it was viewed by
Apex List It . Verification may carried out and can be before or after the public display of the material or content. If the material or content is found to be false we reserved the right to remove the material or content without providing any refunds and without any notice or warning. The advertiser hereby consents to this and to provide us with the information required to verify there account, material or content.
Removal of Content:
An advertiser hereby consent to us removing any content provided to us or uploaded on website that we find to be of a sexual nature; abusive to anyone or entity; promote hates or crimes; false news or information; products or services that are illegal according to a local country’s law or any material or content that we see that violates our standards and without any notice or warning given at any time.
Intellectual Property:
Any material or content that is provide to us or uploaded on our website shall not be property of
Apex List It and shall remain the property of the person, or company that request for
Apex List It to advertise, post or list the material or content. An advertiser hereby consent to granting us access to any material or content provide to us for disbursement or advertisement and grants us the capability to provide the material or content to a visitors on our website or other platform.
Termination, Suspension and Refund policy:
All payments made to us are hereby non-refundable. An account holder may close their account or request for
Apex List It to close their account but if any post, listing or advertisement is upload by the account holder or advertiser the post, listing or advertisement maybe removed at a later date. Any post, listing, advertisement, or account can be terminate or suspended without notice or warning and without any refund of payment made to us once this person, company or advertiser is in violation with our terms and standards and with giving any reasons.
Exclusion and limitation clause:
We accept no liability for any sales, revenue, expense and/or the success of any advertisement, post, or listing given to us or place on our website directly, indirectly, or consequentially. We will not be subjected to any legal action due to any miss use or abusive contents of a displayed on our website on the behalf of advertiser or any damages, loss, expenses, third party software issues, harm, false or fail actions resulting from any advertiser. We are only limited to the total cost for advertising, post, or listing an advertisement.
Privacy Policy:
The privacy of each user of our platform is very important to us. we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The information we collect are the bio-information of a user such a name, email, address, phone, country etc. these information maybe shared with persons who which to view an advertiser's material or content in an effort to contact the advertiser or with a third party such as law enforcement. These personal information will be store until an account is closed or until the online web browser session ends.
Notice:
This contract is a legally binding document. If for some reason one part of this document becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in place. By using our accessing or using our website, you signify that you agree to be bound by all terms and condition.
